Multiple queues to a printer

I have a printer that I want to set up a second queue on. I can see the queue in the NWadmin assigned to the correct Printer and correct Print Server, and I can get a print job to the queue. I can't get it to print though. It's just hanging out in the queue. What haven't I done yet?
