Hello i have a question. I am trying to make a report that involves two queries. The first query prompts for a sales_Order number and gives sales information. There are 8 records in my example from the prompt. The second query involved also prompts for a sales_Order # and gives the variances of the parts to make the product. With the same sales order number it has 22 records. My question is if there is a way to create a report that will show the 8 sales and then below that information give the 22 variances. I tried creating a sub report but it only gives 1 of the Sales records and then the 22 variance records.

Thanks in advance

Hi BenTitus

Is your subreport in the Detail section of your report? This could explain why it is showing after each individual main report record.

Place your subreport in the Report Footer section instead. This will mean it will print out only once, after all of the main form records have been printed.

Hope this helps!
