multiple QCC

we have a Magix 2.2 with two QCC positions. Voice mail answers all incoming calls, what we need is for calls that 0 out to the operator from the voice mail to go to the next available position, not always to 200 the main operator position. Any help is gratly appreciated.

Point 0 out of VM to the Listed Directory Number. Go to >System Renumber >Single >ListDirctNo to find or change the number.

Just send the call answer service operator in voice mail to 768 which is the default. It will distribute the calls.

Thanks for the help. The LDN worked fine once we added a second position in call type section of operator set up.
