Multiple Proxy servers and IE 5

I have users that will need to work from two different offices, and browse the web via MS Proxy server in each. I only have control of one of the proxy servers, and the users that I have are non technical.
Is there any way that I can have either two desktop icons, one for each office, or get IE to automatically decide which proxy to use ? The laptop's IP address and proxy server addresses will be different on each network.
