I need to be able to send some e-mails with a different return address (company name instead of my name). I attempted to create a second profile but when I sent a test e-mail to myself, it still showed that the e-mail was from me even though I used the Tools/Services to set up the new e-mail address, which showed the company name in the user information. When opening Outlook, I selected the new profile I created that should have contained this user information for the e-mail.

Should I be creating a new user account in Exchange? How can I open Outlook on my computer and log in as a different user? Should I set it up to log in when opening Outlook instead of automatically logging in as myself?

Your tech site has a lot of excellent information on Outlook that I haven't been able to find elsewhere. Thank you for any suggestions you can give to me.

AnnieBlueEyes:

When you are in the screen where you are writing the new email message, select Options (it's on the same toolbar with Send but to the right). About two-thirds of the way down the pop-up you'll see Send message using with a pull-down menu. Open it up and select the account you want to use to send the mail. Select Close on the bottom.

Your mail will now be sent with the name you set up in that account's properties.
