We utilize multiple profiles for many of our pcs. However, I've found that anyone can edit/delete any of the profiles simply by going to control panel/mail/. We are using POP3 (not Exchange) on XP SP2. Does anyone know how to secure this so that only an admin can change the profiles?

In GPO you could restrict access to the control panel.
