Over the past few months we've had several issues with Symposium Web client. Just wondering if anyone has also had any of the following problems:
-Warning threshold colours sometimes not showing on RTDs.
-Agent RTD not loading.
-Agent RTD loading but showing UNKNOWN for the skillsets.
-Unable to access Script Variables in Scripting (with the following error msg:
"Operation failed: Script Variables:Could not retrieve the task variable list.
Error: 91 Object variable or With block variable not set
Source: SoapScriptingWrapper").
-Unable to access the Script Manager (various error msgs mentioning Sockets and Winsocks).
The above problems come and go but seem to be less frequent now (we've had a few patches installed). The latest problems are:
-New applications not staying ticked in the Partition list (they appear on the RTD).
-New skillsets not appearing on the Partition lists (so they can't be displayed on RTDs and we can't run reports on them).
-New apps having a new application threshold assigned to them but the web client ignoring it and using the default threshold.
These problems only seem to effect the web client.
Anybody have an idea what could be happening (our IT guys and the vendor can't work it out).
