An employee attached to two network printers, both HP, is experiencing multiple prints.

She will print out a document, and receive a duplicate printout.

This printout includes statistics on the document: the filename, directory, template & path, number of pages, number of words(!), and number of characters.

A strange problem, but something that is solvable. As of now, I'm thinking it must be a specific configuration on her own computer.

Thanks in advance!

A specific application or all apps ? What about a test print
page ? Is the printer driver installed on the pc ? What is the driver ?
Need additional info for a informed resolution.

Hi Rick, thanks for replying. Actually, it's not a case of multiple prints. I received more information from the employee.

It's a case of a statistical page being printed out. She has never had this happen before, with an accompanying page (detailing the statistics, i.e. number of words, # of characters, filename, directory..) with each printout.

Is there a way to turn off the accompanying cover page? It just holds stats of the printout, and she doesn't want it.

Thanks! -Dexter

It could be a Banner page setting.
