MULTIPLE POS 3700 INSTANCES (ONE FOR USER ) RUNNING ON RDP SERVER

Hi dear friends!.

I have a great doubt.

It is possible to run 2 or more instances of the pos operations ops.exe terminal on the server.

I was trying to share using rdp, and using android tablet the users can use the system.

but when using multiple sessions at the same time I get the message "'Check no longer owned by this UWS'".

I tried to make copies of the / res / pos folder for any users, but the problem continues ..

is it possible to run multiple instances? or should I install several virtual machines?

It doesn't work. The problem is exactly as you described.

Both instances of ops.exe are fighting for ownership of the checks.

Because they use the same folder for the database micros/res/pos/etc/localdb
I never try with Citrix or other VDI Software, to rewrite the folder structure by user.
but nevertheless it will never be supported.
