Multiple Popup in a form?

Is it possible to have multiple popup in a form using the right-click button?
For example, if i have a selection on the form, i would like to have my select popup (cut, copy,paste) to show. If there's no selection, i would like another memupopup to show.

You can force any popup menu to appear at any time.

  //P.X and P.Y refer to and X,Y coordinate
