I created a popup menu as a Fireworks .png, then exported to an .htm file. I used 'insert fireworks html' to get it onto my page. Works fine.

When I insert a second fireworks html file elsewhere on the page, (from a differnet .png) the menu items get over written. How can I get more than one pop-up menu on a page?

Hello janeensix!

It looked strange for me 'cause when I insert more then one FireWorks HTML into one page it always works perfect. I've done it number of times and never had troubles with it. Check if you do everything correct. Try to do it again on a blank page, maybe there was some program mistake.

Good Luck!

I have had this problem as well. No matter which button you mouseover, the same menu pops up in the same location every time. I have tried it several different ways and on blank pages and it still happens. Any ideas?

I checked out the support pages for Fireworks ...The java script that is called to match the menu gifs, locations, urls, etc. is only exported once when the png is exported . It is called fw_menu.js or something like that. It inputs the menu options numerically and they increment. When a second menu is loaded on the page, though, the java script overwrites the first information with the new options. If you know coding, you can probably rename the first stuff, so it is not overwritten, but it takes attention to detail to get it straight.
