Multiple password prompts

We have certain users, setup in the VelociRaptor 7.0.2, that are required to enter an id/pswd when accessing the Internet. When a user logs on to a certain pc and enters the appropriate id/pswd they only get prompted once to enter their credentials BUT when you logon to the SAME pc with a different username and enter the same id/pswd credentials they get prompted numerous times.

If you are using NT4/W2K/XPP then it is your internet options. Each user has Internet Properties, that is why one user is able to login once and another user is getting multiple logins. You will need to set LAN SETTINGS for each user to use a PROXY xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx port 80 if you are configure to use port 80 for HTTP.
