Hi

I would like to create a report (well a document)that will have multiple pages. Some pages will have table fields and some just plaint text.... so is this possible within access

1. Main Page (got this working)
2. Content page (is it possible to have hyper links to go to the place in the document) for exmaple

Content 1 ........ Customer Information
Content 2 ......... Quotation
etc........

So if I click on Customer Information it goes to the correct part of the report.

However I do the report it must look like one full report and we would also like to be able to email or creata a pdf from it.

Could anyone advise the best way to do this, any examples or links on how to do this would be welcome.

Thanks

Is there a reason you are not doing a Word mail merge to a database table or query?

The old school answer would be to automate word and either use a mailmerge or bookmarks to put in data. In any case there are going to be more than a couple of articles on the web if you search for it.

Access 2010, I beleive, has some more long text features that may make it more viable as a native Access solution but I work with Access 2003 still...
