I use FM8 to produce tech manuals. Some chapters have drawings which are in 11x17 format, and usually at the back of the book. I can go to each individual chapter in the book and set its PDF setup for the size paper that chapter uses. But when I PDF the entire book, the main PDF dialog box seems to over-ride the height/width settings of the individual chapters. The chapters with 11x17 content don't come out in that format, they come out in the 8.5x11 format of the preceding chapters.

It seems to me that there might be a character (or combination of characters) that, when entered into the Height/Width fields of the main PDF dialog panel, tell the PDF process to use the height/width settings of the individual chapters instead of a global setting.

Any help?

Never mind - figured it out with the help of the guys at the Adobe forum.
