A PRI outbound transfer(CCR tree) will work for one call, but on multiple calls it fails. Message says "the line's or line pools are busy". Basic programming sets the lines to be a channel on the PRI since you can't select a PRI pool. How do I get multiple calls out.

Thanks darnold@americaii.com

So, nobody knows this one...darn. LOL darnold@americaii.com

You have to fake it out by selecting a Route to Line pool A, and then have 9 as the dial out for that route which in turn will select the PRI pool.

I'm sorry, I misread what you were talking about, did you hit feature 983 put in your password and hit ok, hit 5 and max out the channels base on what size voicemail you have because it will use 1 channel for every call that is going off premise. If it says 1 channel than that is all you will have available for off premise notification. If this don't work give me an email.

One thing though, channels used for the outdial are accessed only momentarily. They don't stay open for the durration of the call. At least that's how I think it works. You'd have to access it at the same time to be a problem. We are talking about once it's gone through and has been handed off. The second PRI CCR external transfer call won't go through. darnold@americaii.com

I've had this problem as well with the MICS 5.0 and NAM 4.0c - apparently you have to upgrade to NAM 4.0e to fix. Haven't upgraded yet, so don't know for sure.

I usually use a "dummy" pool (ex. 13) instead of a line. Also, make sure you insert your destination code before the phone number. This fakes the ksu out allowing you to use all the channels on the PRI - instead of just one - which is what happens when you select LINE.

Nope Norstarguru....it didn't. But thanks for the effort.

What actually did work was what Lowradiation proposed. It worked like a charm. Thanks to all.... we appreciate the help.
