Any advise on setting this up?

Currently I have put 221 in the server room and given the operators 222 and 223 with answer dn of 221 on set. VM answers on two rings but there sets are set to appear only but when one has answered a zero out call the other rings twice on external call again before vmail. Any ideas on a better setup? Its a bcm 400 rel 4

sets are i2004 with a cap addon

you could put them in a hunt group, and have 0 go to the hunt group dn

interesting, how will this function? will it ring both sets or one then the other if busy? where will it forward if not answered?

those are adjustable parameters, you can have it ring both, or in an order, or round robin, witch with 2 phones would just make it alternate. you can determine where it goes too, and after how much time.

I have created a hunt group but where do you put it so zero out goes to it

The problem with this setup is the operators will only get 1 call at a time.
