Multiple One to Many Tables

I am trying to create a report where I have three tables, one master table (Table A), and two tables (Table B & C) that have many records that related to one record in the master table. When I create the report and try to add fields from both tables B & C I get duplicate data back from one of the two tables. If for example I have 3 detail records in table B, and 2 detail records from table C, on the report the records from table B duplicate twice so I get six detail lines in the report.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
