Multiple OHM sources using tenant partitioning

Looking for the best solution on G3 version V12. I have five departments that I want to push a seperate music/announcement via tanant partitioning to each caller that is placed on hold in that department.

Marketing Messages sells a solid-state unit for $400 (US). You would need one for each partition. It uses a thumb drive to load the audio. If you want to update the music/announcement they just e-mail it to you.

Not sure if it works on V.12, but you can try if you have a VAL board (works on CM4)

Create an announcement on the VAL board and make it an "integ-mus" type rather than "integrated".

E.g. announcement 7676

Upload a wav file of the music you want to play. Make sure you convert it to the right codec first.

Now on a vector you use: -

" wait-time 30 secs hearing 7676 then continue "

This is a way to have different music for every client that uses vector routing.
