My report ran perfectly when all the data was coming from a SINGLE SQL Server database. Now I have some info in a related table in the MS Access database that I need to include in the report.

Crystal 8.5, allows me to create the report and reference the multiple data sources without a problem. It also allows me to create the link without a problem. However, when I run the report it never finds the matching fields and only the MS Access data is displayed.

Any ideas?

I thank you in advance!

It's generally the linking.

Since you're dealing with an Access database already, try Linking (not importing) the SQL Server tables into the Access database and then building a query to be used as the data source for the report as it will be faster than Crystal.

If thsi is unappetizing, try trimming the Access table fields if they are strings within a query in Access and then exposing those fields.

You need to know how these fields are exposed via the connectivity used, and then make sure that they are the same.
