We've got a default 9.1 setup here and it's running fine with one set of users, but we're about to add another group of people.
What I'm looking to change is the email address that the notification agent uses (to send out those automatic reminders) so that replies can be directed to the right department instead of just one person.
From looking at the admin config screen, it doesn't appear that you can do it over a webpage - but looking at the AgentConfig table, it seems perfectly possible to add another agent.
Will I have to use OScript / some other method or is it not possible at all?
