Multiple NICs and Duplicate Names

I have a WIN2K server that I ordered with multiple NICs (3) to eliminate the NIC as the bottle neck. Everytime I enable more than one I get a duplicate name error. Is there a way to utilize all three nics for network traffic?

Make sure only one nic is setup with primary dns server, and default gateway ...... (in tcp/ip properties...)
