Does anyoneone know how to assign the 2nd MOH source to an ACD Group?????????

There are up to 3 MOH ports in each lim the 1st & 2nd are located on the 1st TMU card in the lim and the 3rd is on the 2nd TMU card.

Music on wait does not work if the TMU is configured with 2 MOH ports as the port locks up. This can be released by restarting the card but the fault will return.

It is possible to set the number of MOH ports per TMU card to 1 using ASPAC:pARNUM=154,PARVAL=1;.

This means that the 1st TMU has MOH1, the 2nd TMU has MOH2 and the 3rd TMU has MOH3.

To connect MOH2 for music on wait for ACD. you need to cable the MOH2 port out to the sound source.

Another thing to check is ASPAP:pArnum=139;, If you wish to use MOH2 for ACD groups you must add 32 to the value.

Hi,
Regarding this issue, Is it possible to assign different music-on-hold for different ACD groups?
I mean, when a call comes to ACD GROUP A, and if the agent makes on hold, the customer, will listen first MOH,
and when a call comes to ACD GROUP B,and if the agent makes on hold, the customer will listen to second MOH...

Is it possible in MD110 BC10 system?
If so how?

Regards..
