Hi all,
I have a user on a Dell C840 laptop, using a dock and a Viewsonic monitor and her laptop screen hence the dual monitor scenario. The dual monitors work great but when the user launches Reflection X and connects to a UNIX machine she cannot type anything that appears on the Viewsonic monitor, the only place that she can type is on the laptop screen. eg, if the user opens a text editor she can type into it if she is on her laptop screen, but if she drags the text editor box over to the Viewsonic and attempts to type she cannot. I have triple checked the Reflection X settings with other machines that work, replaced the monitor and the dock and re-installed the program. Anyone ever see this before? This is driving me crazy!
