Multiple MOH playback?

I have a 3300 MXell queuing/trunk gateway and also an MXe Server agent gateway.

I have been asked if I can play different MOH files for different departments.

Is this possible?

Can use different MOH for ACD paths. Not sure if a tenanted switch will allow multiple MOH files.

The single biggest problem with communications is the illusion that it has taken place.

Tenanting will allow different music sources for each tanant when the Red Key hold button is pressed.

ACD programming will allow different music sources to be played while the call is queued.

There are up to 64 different music sources allowed per system.

So you just select the embedded music source per queue?

What happens if they are transferred internally from acd path to acd path? Also what happens if the agent puts them on hold - which music source does it play?

When is queue it will play the assigned music source for the queue.

If the agent places the call on Red Key hold it will play the hold music for the tenant of the agent.

I ran into this a while back. You need to double check the help file because it gets to a certain point where you need an extra processor to support the extra embedded greetings. I forgot the number though off the top of my head. Just make sure you dont get hit with that gotcha.
