If you have set-up and give them access to the 'broadcast message' mailbox, but that could be a very "sticky situation".... it would have to set up carefully. and would probably broadcast to all users, I don't remember if you can select certain mailboxes for this or not.....
I e-mailed this question to the Global Knowledge CallPilot instructor and she said "No. Only mailbox owners logged into the mailbox system can send messages to more than one mailbox at a time."
