Multiple MCK 4000 behind same NAT

I have two MCK 4000 behind the same NAT connecting to a gateway on a public ip address. Most of the time it works but there are some times where we get one way audio on one of the phone, and we need to reboot each of them separately and then the gateway to get them running again.

Anyone had any luck getting this working without issues?
