Multiple Mbxs on AA

Customer does business via Voicemail Auto Attedants and routes calls to a mailbox. Since they recieve 800 - 100 messages a day, they need to be able to have multiple people simultaneously access the messages.

I have tried to do Hunt Group Transfers to extensions, Overflows and many other routings, but the Hunt groups will not release the caller to the forwarded destination mailbox.

I have tried transfering to an extension, but the call goes to the mbx of the originating extension.

They need multiple mbxs from a single AA, is there a way that this can be done?

Have a look a Voicemail Pro Campaigns and using one of those to take the messages.

The advantage is that the campaigns message box is designed for access by multiple users, each being given a 'unprocessed message' to deal with as and until all messages have been processed.

They can also use the web interface to view the messages waiting to be process.

Campaigns was intended for call centers where the VM handles the callers and takes the messages and the agents then process the messages behind the scence.
