Hi Guys,

I have a user that is currently managing 3 mailboxes

Personal Mailbox
Hunt Group Mailbox
Skillset Mailbox

This is quites cumbersome for her, just wondering what you guys do in this situation, is there any good little tricks.

I was thinking of desktop messaging but as far as I can see this will only allow 1 mailbox.

Any suggestions are appreciated.....

Have one on the desk top one on phone and have other notify when message by calling her extention.

There is an advanced Voicemail Feature that you can enable for “Off Premise Message Notification”, to set up message notification:
-> log into mailbox, then go to ADMIN (or 8 for the mailbox options)
-> press 6 to access your message notification menu
-> press ADMIN to set up a destination
-> press ROUTE as your out dial method
-> select what you want the system to call (phone, pager, or extension)
-> enter the time you wan the system to start and stop calling you
-> select whether you want to be notified of NEW messages, to only those marked URGENT by the caller.

To turn notification on and off, log into your mailbox, go to admin, then press 6 for your message notification menu. Press SELECT. From here you can change the status (on or off) as well as start and stop times. To change the telephone number/ extension, you need to follow the instructions above under ADMIN.

If on a Bcm50 R3 or Bcm450, use the "message forwarding" option.
