Is there a way that two mailboxes can be setup to lightup the same Message Waiting Light on a new Partner ACS system?

I share a desk with someone who is rarly here, and we both need voice mail.

Thanks

Dave

I believe it's PARTNER Messaging Release 1.0 with a 4 port card. With a ACS Release 5.0 system.

You could program the outcalling for the guest mailbox to dial #09XX, where XX is the extension number of the phone where you want the light to display. However, you won't know whose box has messages, and you have to turn the light off manually, with feature 10-XX, or put that on a button.

Thanks. I programmed the outcalling just now from my cell phone...I'll do the button to turn the light off when I go into the office tomorrow.

This morning I have new voice mail, but the system didn't call out to turn on my light. Through remote administration I have outcalling enabled and have it set to dial #0924 (24 is the phone's extension, 28 is my voice mail)

Is there something else I need to setup?

Thanks

Nevermind, it started to work today. For some reason it didn't turn on with last nights message, but did today with any new ones.

Check to see if there is a schedule set up for outcalling on 28's mailbox. If may have been turned off last night.
