Multiple Logins in two differnet areas

I have a user who needs to be logged into citrix in more then one area at the same time. When she does this without logging off the current location, the second login takes over the first login session. Any idea on how to do this.

Using Citrix Presentation Server 4.0 on a Win OS 2003 server.

2 things.

1. disable the setting in tscc.msc that restricts users to one session.

2. Disable workspace control if connecting via the Citrix Web Interface, or give the user two different logons.
