Can I use the Merlin Magix to manage 4 different remote call centers? I want to be able to manage calls in all call centers and be able to trasnfer calls from to each other. I wonder what kind of Magix equipment are needed.
What call center type call accounting software can I use to monitor the voice traffic?

Yes, Magix can do that.

I help program a system with 5 NODES of Magix.

It is done with a T1 link between the different locations.

You order a Point to Point T1 between these things and then tell each switch that the T1 is a PRI.

What I have given is a VERY SIMPLISTIC OVERVIEW.

To make it work requires a LOT OF PLANNING, ENGINEERING & PROGRAMMING.

BUT, the MAGIX is THE PLATFORM for this if the TOTAL STATION SIZE fits your needs.

It is better than DEFINITY because ALL OF THE SOFTWARE to make it work IS BUILT IN, UNLIKE Definity, where you have to buy all of the software.
