multiple location using aloha software to unify as one? CDM ? any other options?

Hello, (you guys all are wonderful.... this forum is a goldmine.)

I am wondering if anybody succeeded or at least got close to having Centralized Data management without getting aloha enterprise (preferred). Meaning you could manage menus, setting, etc in a central location and it automatically distributes to all our remote business location. Our goal now is to make all our location more consistent. Any opinions, software, tech info will be very appreciated. Aloha enterprise, How much will it cost me?? I refuse to call my local vendor, after having a nightmare with them for 6 month.
