Hello
I have set up a client using a single location and account document to send email directly via the internet. The account doc is set up for SMTP(SSL) and everything works OK.

But I also want to setup 2 other locations with exactly the same settings but switching user ID.

But when I set this up I get the errors:
"there is not a SMTP account for this location"
or "TCP port must be enabled".

Yet the Account document is set so all the locations use it. And TCP port is checked on all the locations.

Also once I get this error, my original location doc also does not work.

Please help??

thanks

You need an Account document for each location, or an Account document that is valid for all locations.
Check that your Account document includes the other two locations.
The TCP port used is defined on the Connection document, and you only need one - so I think the Account document configuration is behind that error.

Pascal.

I've got nothing to hide, and I'd very much like to keep that away from prying eyes.
