Multiple links

I am trying to use crystal with dbase databases and I want to link a number of databases.
Basically the primary database is a list of transactions linked through to a descriptive database based on two fields. If i use the link to do this I get an empty report
Any ideas on what to do

Hi,
If allowed by the database connection method, use a Left Outer Join as the link type to avoid getting no data if any of the linked fields are Null..

Also note that if you do a left outer from A to B, it will fail if you put a conditon on B as well. The condition on B must also test for the value being null: i.e. there is no record B for that record A.
