Is it possible to have 3 forms all which have different keys, link correctly when the key is more than 1 field in each form?

Not sure what you are asking since forms don't have keys; tables do.

As hneil98 said ... tables ... not forms. To link tables with multiple field keys
[tt]
FROM tblA INNER JOIN tblB
ON tblA.f1 = tblB.f1
AND tblA.f2 = tblB.f2
AND tblA.f3 = tblB.f3 ... etc.
[/tt]
