multiple jobs on one tape media

I am running Arcserve 6.5 for NT. How am I going to backup 2 jobs with GFS enable into one tape media.

The media will be in the safe set of the media pool everytime the 1st jobs ends. It will request for a blank tape for the 2nd job. I have enable append to media on the backup option for the second job.

Please HELP.......

Hi,

i think you should have a second thought about your backup strategy as there are several limitations for setting up custom scheduled jobs or GFS Rotation jobs.

I am running ARCServe 6.6 for netware in Netware 5.0 with ARCserve Tape Library 6.6 for Compaq TL881 Minilibrary.
Everytime after I remove the magazine and change the tape, I will have this Btrieve 162 error which saying cannot open most of the AS*.DB file. And this cause error on the Autopilot backup process.
I have to restart the server to get the error to fix.
What is wrong with my server ? Is there anyway to solve this problem ?
