Does any one know to (if possible) install more then one ISDN modem in win2k server?, the first one installed without problems, but the second one its not recognised by windows, it asks me to reboot, and i have rebooted several times. I have 4 Intracom netMod USB. Thnaks.

How many ISDN lines are you trying to access? A & B lines equal one ISDN. It sounds like you are attempting to connect both ISDN modems straight to the server. That won't work unless you have more than 1 ISDN line.

Again, I am going to assume that you have two separate ISDN modems and neither is a router. If that is the situation, you have to hook them to a router so they can share the single ISDN line.

If you decide to buy a router, do not buy anything from Eicon. Cisco has an 804 whick allows four modems to share one ISDN. Don't buy the 800-803 models because 804 is much faster and less than $ 400.00.

The 805 gives you one serial port plus the 4 connections on the 804. I was using serial ports on both ISDN modems but didn't think about the router not accessing the serial port.

Hope some of this helped.
