Multiple instances of Outlook

Is it possible to have multiple instances of outlook (xp)running? I'm trying to have one instance connected to an exchange server, and another using pop3. At the moment, when I open a second instance of outlook, it defaults to the profile chosen when the first instance was opened.
I know I can configure one profile to connect to both, but for this test that isn't practicle!

Create 2 separate profiles.

If anyone calls and says "I know a little something about computers" just tell them to reformat it.
