Multiple Instances of Distiller on Same Machine?

Client is consolidating project onto 1 machine (no partitioning). Currently I'm publishing reports through VBA and would like to have the reports published in different parts of the system go to different folders (designated by the port that Distiller points to). VMware is out of the question, and, due to a couple of work-arounds, we cannot pass a pathname to the "PrintOut" VBA command. It would be nice to call "Acrobat Distiller" in one part of the system, and something like "Acrobat Distiller 2" in another part, with each printer pointing to a different port.

Any thoughts?
