Multiple installs of the same update

Running Windows Server 2003 R2, Standard Edition, SP 2.

I've been getting five or six updates a day for the past week or so of the following:

"Installing Security Update for Microsoft XML Core Services 4.0 Service Pack 2 (KB936181) (update 1 of 1)... "

The exact same update every time. Does this have to do with the Gimmiv worm?? Or is something squirrelly with my server?
