HI Folks,

As you know, Incoming Call Routes (ICR's) dont replicate between Primary and Secondary SE IP Offices. Do any of you gurus have a method in which you can upload multiple routes at once. I know there is an option to add a range from scratch, but this is from an existing IPO V2 chassis and not all of the DDIs are sequential, having been amended over the life of the chassis.

Any help appreciated.

Should have been a Bus mechanic seeing as I spend so much time under them.

What do you mean as "duplicate" ? DDI ICRs are not exactly the same and not treated as duplicate routes by the IPO.

When you have a SIP trunk on both the Primary and Secondary, and the call may come into either of them, you want to keep both Incoming Call Route lists the same.

Only the Line Group ID would be different between the Primary and Secondary.

I export the configuration as .csv from the Primary and the Secondary.
Trim both files to IncallRoute_Info_Start through IncallRoute_Info_End
Copy and Paste columns F, I, and S from the Primary to the Secondary
(ICR_Destination, ICR_FallbackExtension, and ICR_TargetList: Timeprofile |Destination|Fallback)
Save and clean up the new Configuration.csv file for the Secondary and import

Be sure you're familiar with using the import and export functions, practice on off-line configurations first
