I have a customer that has 2 locations with the same problem:

System 1: MICS 6.1 w/ NAM 4.1 & PRI
4 Groups w/ 4 receptionist ( each group is a seperate company)

System 2: MICS 1.1 w/ NAM 4.0.04 C & Local Loop
9 Groups w/ 4 receptionist ( each receptionist is a seperate company)

80-90% of the time the calls go to the right group, but when they don't then they get upset... The DRT is set for 6 rings, all sets on the systems are set for 4 rings to VM,
In each group the pime set is set for thier receptionist,
the contol set for the group's lines and each set in the group is set to thier receptionist, the D-dial for each group is set to thier receptionist,
the target attendant for each set is set to thier receptionist.
but calls still end up at the default 221 for all groups every-once-in-awhile.

have i missed anything ???
Thanks for any help
