Multiple FTP sites behind ISA

I need to setup multiple FTP sites behind ISA. Basically it would be for external customers.

Both would be the same public IP address, but different ports. The one that is working is 21, but I setup another one on 2121.

Each one is pointing to another machine (MACHINE1, Port 21, MACHINE2, port 2121)

The server publishing rules are setup correctly as far as I know, but I still can't connect to the site that is on port 2121.

Any ideas?
