I currently have a FTP site setup on my 2003 server box. I am going to assign a static IP to it, but I also want to run another FTP off the same box. I know I could do that if I install a second NIC, but I was just curious if there is another way someone knows about. Thanks in advance.

Create a new Virtual Directory in the IIS Management console.
Or, If you totally want to use a new IP, since you will be assigning it a static IP, you can add another IP on the same NIC/TCPip protocol then create a new ftp site and bind the ftp site to the new IP address. All this is done in the IIS Management.
