Multiple FP Forms on single web page

I have two FP forms on a single web page. I have published each form on its own and they work fine. When I combine both forms the user completes one form and gets an error message however I am sent e-mail responses from both forms.
Is there a conflict between these two forms. I have different form properties for each form such as e-mail addresses to send responses etc. Can anyone assist me as this is recking my head.

Have you tried dividing your page into 2 frames and putting one form on each?
