I have a table where a few departments use.
I have created a form and would like to use this design for each dept. I have made defaulted values to some field that are specific to the dept.
The problem I have is that when the form is opened by s specific dept. they can still view the entries of other dpets.
Is there a way to filter the form permanently (rather than filtering it every time the form is opened) so it only shows the records specific to the dept? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
