Hi,

I'm new to this forum and this is my very first question.
I'm trying to get a date field in a DataSheet subform to turn either red or black depending on the combination of two conditions: (1) the date is less than today's date and the Percent Complete field is less than 1 (i.e., 100%). In other words, I want the deadline field to become RED when it's overdue.

How would you create this kind of condition using the Conditional Formatting dialog? I notice that it only offers either or types of multiple conditions. I don't see the possibility for a both-and conditional statement.

Thanks

You should be able to set the condition you require using Expression Is.

I tried your solution but it still does not work. Here is the expression I'm using in Expression Is:

[Me].[Deadline]<Date() And [Me].[Percent_Complete]<1

Try:

[Deadline]<Date() And [Percent_Complete]<1
