Multiple extensions to a single info mailbox on Callpilot

Does anyone out there know if you can point multiple extensions to forward to an information mailbox on no answer?
I've inherited a MICS with a Callpilot 150. The AA picks up and allows callers to Extension dial or press a CCR option. If callers pick an extension (none of which have mailboxes) and the call is unanswered the call bounces back to Prime but is often dead air because the caller has hung up and the trunks have no disconnect supervision.
 
Make sure DN's that have no mailboxes do not have there CFNA pointed to Callpilots DN....make it NONE.

Make Prime Line NONE or Receptions sets under each of the lines

Change your DRT and Transfer Callback timers to 10 or 12 if need.

Thanks curlycord. Upon further investigation it turns out the issue is happening right at the auto attendant. If calls hand up without inputting a dtmf, the auto attendant hangs on and rings the operator. Tried setting the operator elsewhere and disabling the general delivery mailbox but the Callpilot will not terminate the call.
 
Why do the trunks not have supervision?

Make sure you have DS or CLLID ( CII) cards in the MICS - or post the NT code
Make sure each line in programming is set to Supervised.
Ask the carrier if you should have it, and if so then call repair and have them fix it.

Try setting Adtndt to 000
Go into F982 and tell Atdnt not available.
