Multiple Exchange servers

The company I work currently has one Exchange 2000 server, to handle all our email. We want to set up a second Exchange 2000 server offsite for disaster recovery purposes. I would like to see both exchange servers be able to send/receive email and then replicate those emails to the other exchange server. I'm wandering how we can configure two Exchange 2000 servers to replicate to each other.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
