Multiple errors of '0: in Line 0' occur in multiple scripts

I'm running a scheduling package that kicks off several vbscripts. Occasionally, it will start issuing errors of '0: in Line 0' as each and every script starts. If I restart the system, the same script may run fine. It isn't always the same script that is the first to get the error. I may run for an hour or two and then the problem starts again.

Any idea what could this?
